Funding extraordinary learning experiences in STEM +A-Rts for Apollo-Ridge students
The Foundation was established in 1996 for the purpose of providing ten $500 teacher grants each school year. Funding for those grants came from membership dues and several small fund raisers over the course of the year.

Beginning in 2011, the Foundation began the process of becoming an Educational Improvement Organization as part of Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit program. Beginning with a $5000 donation in 2012, the Foundation now receives $32,000 annually.

In 2014, the Foundation reorganized and brought on trustees with experience in grant writing and event planning. Donations from these efforts sit at $40,000 per year.

Our annual reports applaud the success of the trustees' efforts and the benefits reaped by the students.
